Architectural Information

The Architectural Committee is completely formed and meet on contingency, depending how many applications need approval. 

The Association Rules & Architectural Guidelines have been updated.  Please refer to the new document by clicking on the link below. 

Listed below is the Approved Plant List for our development and a copy of the Design Guidelines and Rules if you are not sure about whether to submit.

There is also an Architectural Change Application if you are interested in applying for an architectural change to your house. 

You must submit to the Architectural Committee unless told otherwise.
